What You'll Do: As the HR Business Partner / HR Manager, you'll be at the forefront of human resources, collaborating closely with the Head of HR. Your role will include: Delivering Expert HR Guidance: Provide commercially focused advice and coaching to managers and staff on general HR matters to align with corporate and site objectives. Managing Employee Relations: Tackle complex employee relations issues such as dispute resolutions, performance management, and absence management with professionalism and care. Driving Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for HR policy enhancements and implement best practises that comply with employment legislation. Building Leadership Capability: Enhance managers' understanding of employment laws and foster positive employee relations through tailored training. Supporting Business Objectives: Work collaboratively with the operations team to drive performance management, change initiatives, and strategic workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Include: Proactively address business needs with commercially viable solutions. Participate in key operational meetings, advising on employee relations impacts. Monitor and review HR policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Support formal and informal management communications across the site. Act as a guardian of the company culture, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment. What You Bring: To thrive in this role, you should possess: A degree in HR or related field, and/or CIPD Level 7 qualification. Proven experience as a generalist HR professional, with hands-on employee relations management. Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, customer-focused approach. Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within the organisation. Why Join Us?
