In this role, you will play a key role in supporting new University staff and their families as they transition to life in Oxford, providing a seamless and professional relocation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Relocation Support:Provide personalised assistance to new staff with all aspects of relocating, including housing, schooling, and transport.
Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal University departments and external partners such as letting agents and property vendors.
Housing:Assist with property viewings and ensure rentals meet required standards, keeping up-to-date with housing legislation and market trends.
Resource Management:Develop and maintain relocation guides and online resources to support new staff.
Customer Service:Be a key point of contact, offering exceptional support throughout the relocation process.

About You:
* Experience in the housing sector, with knowledge of property management or lettings.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach to work, with a keen eye for detail.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Oxford’s housing market and local family services (schools, healthcare, transport).
