Quantity Surveyor - North Nottinghamshire
A growing building contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a company delivering award-winning projects ranging from £6m to £14m.
In this role, you will work on projects from pre-construction stage through to handover, working closely with the office and site teams - procuring and managing sub-contractors and agreeing final accounts.

Requirements:
1. Experience managing sub-contractor variations
2. Experience working with a building contractor
3. Experience dealing with final accounts
4. Industry-related qualification
Key Duties:
1. Take-off to building quantities and produce schedules of works
2. Formulate Subcontract Tenders
3. Chair Pre-let meetings and finalise Subcontract Orders
4. Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
5. Dealing with variations and valuations
6. Production of CVRs

Salary & Package:
1. Great basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £3m+.
