Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will take a hands-on approach to manage daily site activities. You will ensure all aspects of the project, from overseeing the structural works to the luxury finishes, are delivered efficiently and safely. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will manage site personnel, trades, and subcontractors to ensure quality, timelines, and health and safety are strictly maintained. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors, trades, and materials on-site. Oversee critical structural works. Ensure the highest quality standards for all fit-out works, especially high-end finishes.
