They are looking for an experienced, personable, professional, and tenacious customer service representative to join their busy and enthusiastic team in their Livingston office. The company is focused on providing excellent customer care through various channels, including telephone, email, and live chat to ensure that they maintain their positive reputation and continue driving their business forward.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional end-to-end customer care through live chat, email, and telephone throughout all stages of the customer journey.
2. Processing a high volume of orders efficiently and accurately across multiple supply chains.
3. Manage credit card transactions and other payment methods associated with customer orders.
4. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
5. Escalate complaints to the relevant parties if or when required.
Key Skills and Qualities:
1. Relevant work experience in a customer service role.
2. Previous administration experience is essential, ideally in a B2B capacity.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work alone and as part of a close-knit team.
5. Experience of working with CRM/ERP systems.
6. Strong computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Platforms such as Excel).
7. Flexible and enthusiastic approach with a focus on service and delivery.
8. Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy when gathering and inputting data.
