Are you an experienced and focused Site Manager keen to take on a new development in the Edinburgh region? As Site Manager, you will form part of a high functioning leadership team with plenty support around you. Reporting to a Contracts Manager, your typical day-to-day site duties will include: Co-ordination of labour and subcontractor movements on site on a day to day basis. Delivery of first class quality products for customers. Driving the programme forward to ensure required timeline expectations are met or exceeded. Maintaining Safety records and carrying out safety audits. Keeping safety / equipment / plant registers up to date. Liaising with other departments to ensure first class customer service experiences throughout walkarounds / handovers. Provide relevant coaching and guidance to Assistant Site Manager on site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on engaging with their site team and getting the best from them. We are keen to hear from individuals with a track record of leading by example and have a genuine passion for developing successful site teams to deliver homes of the highest standard Given the nature and pace of this role, a proven history of successful delivery of new build homes is essential.
