Role Description
We are currently looking for a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor to join our growing Building Surveying team, based in Honiton, providing a broad spectrum of building surveying advice across a diverse client base of predominantly education and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including building condition surveys, defect diagnosis reports, design and specification, contract administration, statutory applications, dilapidations, project management, and CDM advice.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to the role and delivering excellent client service including:
* Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
* An ambitious drive to progress and establish themselves in the practice.
* Keen to gain Chartered Status through the RICS APC process on the building surveying pathway.
* Seeking a balanced professional services and project-based role.
* Strong communication skills both externally and internally.
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and organised in managing priorities.
* Competent on AutoCAD.
