Besides, the post holder will mainly look after the responsibilities outlined below:- To assist the Directorate Accountant to prepare appropriate financial reports to set timelines with written analysis / commentaries for the various departmental senior managers enabling them to manage their areas of the business. To ensure that the period end reports for the directorates are accurate, error free and include all accruals necessary to present an accurate picture of the financial situation of the directorate. To contribute towards the preparation of the Monthly Management Reports and Board briefings, ensuring that information is prepared in a timely manner and is accurate. To assist the Directorate Accountant to prepare incisive commentary on the period end reports explaining major variances to budgets / forecasts. To assist the Directorates to prepare annual I&E budgets in the correct form and according to timelines.
