As a Customer Data Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our customer data team reporting to the Marketing Manager. Qualifying and profiling the right type of customers to the right resources within our business to maximise sales opportunity will be a crucial component to our overall business strategy and growth ambitions.

What will I be doing?
• Proactively speaking to existing and new customers to qualify their business, contacts and overall potential spend.
• Actively connect and qualify our core customers by making outbound proactive calls per day capturing critical information such as
• Updated business information
• Address
• Phone number
• Total available spend
• Total metalworking spend
• Industry sector
• Number of CNC machines
• Org structure
• Updated Contact information
• Contact type and role
• Phone Numbers
• Email Addresses
• Marketing acceptance (opt-in)
• Conversations will have a technical bias around metalworking and the types of questions to explore with a view to qualifying the right type of customers to our overall strategy and ambition.
• Be inquisitive and ask great questions to understand our customer’s behaviours and challenges identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring business we currently have is secure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align opportunities to win business quickly. You will make great strategic decisions to use the correct resource to win at pace.
• Provide insightful feedback to the business to ensure market research is utilised and actioned and we learn from your findings to become better every day.
• Update all relevant activities and actions within our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Maintain customer records and generate relevant market/sales report for Management Team as and when required
