We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service at the tills and on the shop floor, while also performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service—respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
2. Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Maintain store safety and legality—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
4. Assist with introducing new products and services—share experiences to help everyone learn.
5. Support your local community—participate in activities and events.
