We have a fantastic temporary position available for a Training Co-ordinator Join our client, a leading player in the Logistics industry, and make a difference in their training department. Job Objective: As a Training Co-ordinator, your main objective will be to provide administrative support to the training department. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate training records and coordinating internal and external training courses. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be crucial to ensure compliance and smooth operations. Your Responsibilities: ✅ Review and streamline existing processes for training record retention ✅ Collaborate with HR and the Training Team to schedule and plan training activities ✅ Keep in touch with management to ensure staff availability for training ✅ Explore continuous improvement methods to enhance departmental efficiency ✅ Act as a point of contact for training materials and guidelines ✅ Assist in monthly training reporting statistics ✅ Communicate regularly with the HR team to implement and maintain an induction process ✅ Coordinate and plan First Aid, Airside Transport, and Landside Transport training ✅ Manage and distribute training invitations ✅ Review training records to ensure compliance with auditing requirements Requirements: ✅ Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and effective communication ✅ Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask ✅ Proactive mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team ✅ Excellent professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders ✅ Detail-oriented and discretion due to training record confidentiality ✅ Enthusiasm for engaging with people at all levels ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ✅ Willingness to contribute to training and technology projects Our Values: At our client's organisation, we embody a set of strong values.
