We're looking for a Customer Activation Manager to join our Off Trade team based in Northern Ireland.

Your Purpose:
As the Customer Activation Manager for the Northern Ireland territory, you'll be the driving force behind crafting and executing a seamless customer activation strategy for our Off Trade channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute an annual customer activation plan for the NI Off Trade channel for the full Molson Coors brand portfolio.
2. Own and align a clear range of customers, ensuring brand activation meets commercial planning targets.
3. Serve as the conduit for local-level partnerships in NI, working closely with partner brand founders.
4. Proactively manage stakeholders with gravitas at all levels to ensure alignment of brand activities.
About You:
1. Extensive experience in an established FMCG/Drinks brand or customer marketing team.
2. Proven experience in building external partnerships with tangible results.
3. Experience working across multiple markets.
4. Demonstrated sound commercial judgment.
5. Comfortable managing risk and navigating ambiguity.
6. Confident in handling complex budgets.
7. To be considered for this role you must live in Northern Ireland.
