SALARY: Upto £39500

Job Description
Goals and Objectives:
10. To provide first line service and routine maintenance activities and support to all the company & third party products in use, throughout the region.
11. To provide commissioning/ installation support for Minor Works and chargeable works as required.
Responsibilities:
12. To repair, maintain and service systems in accordance with the relevant company procedures, engineer instructions and specific system specifications;
13. To ensure that if the installed system differs from the specification that the relevant documentation is complete and it is brought to the attention of the relevant Supervisor.
14. When required commissioning of systems in accordance with the relevant standards and Codes of Practice;
15. To ensure that all working areas on site are left in a clean and tidy state;
16. To ensure that the client is satisfied in all aspects of the installation, maintenance and
service visits prior to leaving site, and to project a high level of Quality Customer
Service at all times;
17. To ensure that relevant documentation is fully completed in an accurate and timely manner, this includes timesheets, work reports, service reports and expense claims;
18. To ensure that all Company property is used and maintained in the proper manner,
including special tools, ladders and Company vehicle where appropriate;
19. To be available for standby and call out rota as required within the Division.
20. To conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications
Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge:
21. Good basic education and ideally a relevant qualification in the electrical/ Electronic industry.
22. Alternatively able to demonstrate in depth knowledge through assessment.
23. Field Service Experience.
24. Good standard of IT skills. (Computer Literate).
25. Good level of Customer Service experience.
26. IPAF, ECS, CSCS, Safety Passport holder or similar would be beneficial.
27. Full UK driving license
28. Able to demonstrate good technical knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: CCTV, Intruder, Access Control & Perimeter systems, Networking
