Job Title: SAP Solution Leader

What you’ll be doing:
* Define and maintain the SAP S/4HANA solution aligned with business strategies, ensuring robust, scalable, and future-proof systems.
* Drive the execution of architectural solutions, overseeing implementation and providing expert guidance to resolve technical challenges.
* Define and enforce SAP architectural standards, policies, and principles to ensure consistency and quality across SAP capabilities.
* Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate, and resolve problems in SAP systems and services.
* Enable development of problem solutions. Coordinate the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
Your skills and experiences:
* Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its role in driving organisational success across varied business processes.
* Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA architecture, with expertise in at least two core functional modules (must include Finance).
* Good knowledge of SAP ECC6, including expertise in FI/CO as a minimum.
* Proficiency in integrating SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
* Deep knowledge of SAP cloud platforms, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and integration methodologies (e.g., APIs, OData).
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus.
The Shared Services EIT team:
A leadership position within the team, the role includes management and leadership of other SAP Solution Specialists, and overall technical accountability for up to three SAP ERPs (1 x S4H and 2 x SAP ECC6). As part of the Shared Services team, you’ll be at the heart of this endeavour – working closely with our air, maritime, land, and cyber and intelligence businesses to support our customers around the world.
