Tradefield are working with a trusted client of ours following the successful implementation of the Oracle Netsuite ERP system, this has then created a new role to provide ongoing administration and user support. Due to the integrated nature of Netsuite, the role will also coordinate changes across our clients websites, warehouse and till systems with their partner companies. Our client is looking for someone who lives locally within an hour's commute to Hatfield who can provide support for all issues that come to light on the core system (Netsuite) and associated systems. The right candidate will also need to be able to liaise with third-party companies when required to deliver effective support. And as well as this, test fixes, change requests and new releases for suitability before releasing to the live environments. This will be Monday to Friday and you will have a choice on your working hours, whether it be (Apply online only) or (Apply online only) and hybrid working is also optional for this position, but you must be in the office at least 3 days a week. Your key responsibilities will consist of: Maintain a register of open issues/enhancement requests. Engage regularly with end users for feedback and to determine and clarify new requirements. Liaise with partner companies to scope, develop and deliver necessary changes. Act as the first line of support for any issues raised on Netsuite or the related systems. Maintain strong awareness of Netsuite capabilities through its twice-yearly upgrade program, determining where upcoming features could be employed within the business. Administer the systems, setting up new users and uploading data as required to support the business. Developing reports and other small enhancements to reduce reliance on third parties. Test or coordinate user testing to approve changes before implementation. To be successful in your application, you will need: Ideally, experience of a similar role supporting business applications. Willingness to learn new systems, training on Netsuite will be provided as necessary. Excellent Excel skills, used to manipulating large amounts of data. Experience in retail or warehouse operations. Analytical and technically minded and able to visualise key IT concepts. Strong communication skills, dealing equally with end users and solution providers. Self-starter and not afraid of experimentation to effectively test systems and investigate potential solutions to business challenges. Able to maintain clear documentation of project progress.
