We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to help manage our customer orders and invoices. Tis is a multi-faceted role including; helping the sales team to process orders, production planning, ensuring correct paperwork is in place, arranging transport and ensuring customer artwork is correct and in place for orders. Social media skills and computer literacy essential. To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills.
Responsibilities: Receiving and processing orders, verifying orders, prices and lead time, contacting customers by phone or mail to answer queries and obtain missing information. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records and supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Requirements: Good exam results or previous experience in sales administration or a similar role. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
