Duties of this Part time, Accounts Receivable position include:
1. Administration, maintenance and development of the cashbook
2. Processing of online payments
3. Administration and recording of all till & other card/cash transactions
4. Administration and recording of all petty cash transactions
5. Assisting the Senior Accountant with month-end duties
6. Providing cover for other Accounts Receivable roles as required

Person Specification:
8. Hold administration experience within a medium/large size organisation
9. Have experience of finance systems, including posting entries & extracting information
10. Possess good organisational skills with attention to detail be able to work to deadlines, including re-prioritisation of tasks as necessary
