Be a key player in shaping the future of healthcare. Join our team as a Copywriter at Eucalyptus and play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative campaigns across Meta, YouTube, websites, email, out-of-home, and TV.
About Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus (or 'Euc' for short) is a digital healthcare company founded in Australia and launched in the UK in 2022. Today, we are one of the fastest-growing UK start-ups and a leading player in the UK's digital medical weight loss space, with an ambitious mission to triple our business by the end of the year!
What we have achieved so far
1. Facilitated over 1 million medical consultations worldwide
2. Launched Juniper in Australia, UK, Germany, and Japan
3. Built a team of approaching 500 Eucalypts in 6 countries consisting of medical practitioners, engineers, creatives, and many more functions!
4. Raised over US$100M in funding from the same investors who backed Uber, Airbnb, and Canva
5. Built a world-leading in-house creative agency, consisting of copywriters, art directors, digital designers, motion designers, video editors, and film directors
6. In just over two years, Juniper UK has grown to become our largest global brand!
Launched five brands:
1. Juniper - A holistic approach to weight loss
2. Pilot - Men’s health, delivered differently
3. Kin - Reproductive healthcare on your terms
This is your opportunity to join a world-class in-house agency as we rapidly expand our team.
* Play a pivotal role in shaping Juniper’s tone of voice, writing with clarity, empathy, and personality, and setting the benchmark for copywriting excellence across the company.
* Uncover unique insights and work closely with the creative team to turn these insights into compelling campaign ideas.
* Embrace performance marketing by leveraging data to inform your creative decisions and iterate on successful concepts.
* Write confidently across a variety of formats, including Meta, YouTube, TV, radio, print, email, and landing pages.
* Drive the implementation of creative ideas across the business.
* 4+ years experience within an agency, in-house team, or as a freelance writer.
* Experience and expertise in the creative development process, through ideation, creation, and execution.
* Ability to clearly articulate and present copy and ideas in response to briefs.
* You’re comfortable with a ‘test and learn’ approach, using performance marketing data to measure the success of your creative work.
* You're comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and solving problems in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment.
Forget the agency world
* We don't pitch for new business. When we want more clients, we launch more brands. This means that your energy always goes into making work that's impactful from day 1.
* You'll make an insane amount of work. 3 months at Eucalyptus equals a year's worth of agency work. We have the resourcing and budgets to let good ideas thrive, and work isn't watered down by things like clients or 60-page brand strategy docs.
* Make work that benefits society - we're not selling Big Macs or Asahi's. All of our brands have an immensely positive impact on our members' health & confidence.
* Have your work judged by its effectiveness, not some washed-out ECD at Cannes. Working at Eucalyptus you’ll be heavily involved in not just the production of work, but also in helping to measure its success once it's live.
* You’ll have ownership of a larger part of the creative process at Eucalyptus. Your execution won’t be limited to work that comes directly from briefs. If you’ve got ideas that you think would work in certain mediums, we’ll make it come to life.
So, why join Eucalyptus?
* Make a real impact, fast - We build in the open together, which helps us learn and iterate more quickly so we can deliver high-quality outcomes faster than anyone else. Helping impact members' lives for the better from the moment you join Euc.
* You’ll be supported to accelerate your career - Regular feedback alongside our bi-annual performance reviews, a professional development budget & leave help to ensure you have the support you need to level up. We’re committed to helping every Eucalypt reach their full potential.
* You’ll work with others who are incredibly passionate about what they do - Our talent bar is high and our work ethic is strong. You’ll get to stretch yourself every day, be given autonomy to tackle interesting problems and work amongst people who care deeply about our members.
We also offer a range of benefits including
* Your own shares in the business with our employee options programme
* A monthly wellness allowance, for you to spend on whatever wellness means to you
* A yearly personal development budget and 3 extra days of leave to continuously up-skill yourself
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays with an enhanced parental leave policy
* A fun office with regular socials including after-school sports, clubs, cycle kickoffs, and seasonal parties
