We are at an exciting stage of growth and looking for key people to join our journey. So we have a new opportunity for a Business Account Manager to manage our customer business in South and Central England.
The role:
Reporting into the Senior Business Account Manager, supporting existing customers.
Responsibilities include:
* Ownership and building relationships with existing customers.
* Responsibility for key account related turnover and driving opportunities for generating new business.
* Assist with implementing a sales strategy to maximise opportunities with key accounts.
* Prepare and present monthly sales reports and contribute to regular sales meetings.
* Prepare and follow up all quotations and enquiries in a timely manner to secure business.
* Ensure all necessary information is allocated to the job; cost sheets, scope of work and any other additional information.
* Maintain company CRM database and other corporate documents.
* Liaise with the operations and sales support teams to ensure the smooth running of jobs, ensuring continuous support and assistance.
* Negotiate and review customer contracts as required.
* Arrange regular face-to-face meetings with site managers and teams.
It may be necessary for occasional nights away from home. Applicants will need to be confident they can pass an enhanced security clearance required for this role. There will be a requirement to travel to the Head Office in Bradley Stoke, Bristol on a regular basis.
About you:
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Independent, able to use own initiative to drive and develop role.
* Ability to build and retain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Proven track record of B2B account management within the service sector, ideally in FM, Compliance, Water, Air, Electrical, Security, Safety, or Cleaning.
* Confident working with site managers/staff.
* Good planning, time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills.
* Confident presentation and communication skills.
* Ability to present financial information and reports.
* Full driving licence.
