You'll understand the impact of having the right people, in the right roles, at the right time as you identify training needs through performance reviews and support personal growth by creating professional training plans. Highly collaborative and a strong communicator, you'll build a network of strong relationships with wider business teams, including Game Directors and Product Development as you align technical capability with creative goals. Working with the Marketing teams, you'll build strategic insight by gathering customer feedback and data which you will use to continuously improve the customer experience. Driven and with an unshakeable determination to reach your goals, you'll demonstrate a strong work ethos as you have you stay a breast of emerging technologies in the app development world. You'll set priorities for the development team as you manage project timelines and allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, and on budget. Strong working knowledge in mobile app development, including iOS Swift, Objective-C and Android Kotlin, Java is essential. Ideally you will have proficiency with cross-platform tools such as Flutter or React Native.
