Proclinical is seeking a Field Access Manager to focus on the regions of Wales and Southwest England. This role focuses on developing partnerships with decision-makers to improve patient outcomes and boost sales performance. You will lead the development and execution of strategies for our product portfolio throughout the access lifecycle, from pre-launch to post-launch activities.
Responsibilities:
* Foster a positive environment within the biologics market.
* Develop partnerships with stakeholders to promote understanding of the Patient Value Strategy.
* Establish the brand as a 'Trusted Partner' within the NHS.
* Utilize approved tools and solutions to achieve meaningful treatment outcomes.
* Demonstrate collaborative opportunities that support NHS operating plans.
* Build strong external networks to enhance local NHS business intelligence and credibility.
Key Skills and Requirements:
1. Strong influencing, negotiation, and networking skills.
2. Ability to tailor solutions to customer needs, particularly within NHS Medicines Management.
