Are you an experienced IT professional looking for a rewarding leadership role? Berkley Care Group is seeking a Group IT Manager to lead and enhance our IT operations.
Your Role as a Group IT Manager:
Oversee and manage all IT operations, including networks, hardware, software, databases, and cloud-based applications
Work closely with our Business Intelligence Director to develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals
Ensure business continuity with regular data backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system updates
Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency
Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers
Provide technical support and training across the organisation, ensuring employees can effectively use IT systems
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection regulations
Proficiency in IT management tools, cloud-based applications, and network monitoring systems
Experience in project management and leading digital transformation initiatives
A proactive, solution-focused leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Based in the Worchester area with the ability to travel between sites as required (valid driving licence required)
