We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our private client team based in Leeds on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role is essential to support the completion of an internal project.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work from our Leeds office.

About the role
Key Responsibilities:
* Transfer information to a digital database, including text-based, numerical, and various documents/items.
* Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy.
* Organise and maintain data efficiently.
* Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Essential experience:
* Previous data entry and/or administrative experience is essential.
* Previous legal experience would be beneficial.
Personal Specifications:
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
* Methodical, with strong organisational skills and time management.
* Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners and printers.
* Basic IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
