Due to continued success, our client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead a team of Accountants and to provide financial support and advice to senior stakeholders.
Duties will include:
1. Management and development of team; ensuring they operate efficiently and deliver work to a high standard.
2. Oversee production of the month and year-end management accounts.
3. Oversee the annual budget process.
4. Direct involvement in the monthly forecasting process and 5-year business planning.
5. Oversee implementation of the finance dashboards.
6. Ownership of financial reporting and FP&A processes.
7. Review and improve the FP&A processes - month-end, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
8. Involvement in various projects and initiatives, and ad-hoc reports and tasks as required.
The successful candidate:
1. Qualified - CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
2. An experienced people manager.
3. Ability to manage large workloads and be comfortable manipulating a large volume of data.
4. Proven record in overseeing financial processes.
5. Financial modelling experience is desirable.
6. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
7. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ideally Power BI.
