About the Role:

We invite you to join the Hallmark Care Homes family as a Receptionist at Lakeview. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming Presence: Ensure the reception area presents a friendly and professional image of the home, greeting all visitors with warmth and efficiency.
2. Administrative Support: Assist the Business Administrator with various administrative tasks and support the Customer Relationship Manager with sales enquiries and home tours.
3. Mail Management: Ensure residents receive their post promptly and prepare all outgoing mail daily.
4. Training Coordination: Help coordinate training within the home, ensuring team members are aware of available courses and opportunities for development.
