Our clients, with a beautiful residence in the Kent countryside, are looking for a Part- time Private Nutrition Chef to join their team. Working 4 days a week, you will be cooking lunch and dinner for their informal family of five. With occasional dinner parties and family entertaining, the family enjoy a variety of authentic world cuisines, with a focus on nutrition and organic produce with the ability to count macros etc.
As well as being a creative Private Chef, you must be comfortable in a family environment, respectful of boundaries, and be flexible with the ever-changing requirements of a busy young family.
Duties include, but not limited to:
1. Cooking lunch and dinner
2. Preparing breakfast
3. Ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked at all times
4. Sourcing and purchasing of fresh ingredients and organic produce
5. Budget management
6. Catering for all dietary requirements and food intolerances
7. Following the client's diet, and providing delicious recipes to accommodate macros etc
8. Maintaining the kitchen's impeccable safety and hygiene standards
9. Menu planning & research
Essential Criteria:
10. Candidates should be at ease in a family environment, and have a solid background in Private Households
11. Must be legally able to work in the United Kingdom to apply for this role
12. Experience of working with Athletes and working with Nutritionists
13. Reliable and proven longevity
14. Creative and able to develop menus
15. Proactive self-starter, able to work time effectively
16. Excellent communication skills
17. A personable friendly attitude

19. Own car essential
