My client is a leading Insurer and Lloyd’s of London Managing Agent. The compliance team is expanding and a new role has arisen to support the business, providing compliance advice and guidance across the group.
The compliance department is transforming to embrace technology and AI. The role holder will help roll out the future Compliance plans, including providing support on the compliance plan, carrying out thematic compliance monitoring reviews, providing regulatory advice to the business, implementing regulatory changes, managing regulatory returns and conflicts of interest logs, undertaking horizon scanning of emerging risks, and producing MI for senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ compliance experience in Insurance either in a Managing Agent or the wider General Insurance sector. You will have strong communication skills and be a team player who enjoys a generalist role. Hybrid working, a competitive benefits package, and bonus scheme are offered.
