Customer Service Analyst - 3 Months - Welwyn Garden City (Onsite) - £15-£17 ph PAYE
A well-known global business is looking for an experienced Customer Service Analyst to join their team on an initial 3 month assignment. The successful candidate will provide proactive, customer-focused, face-to-face onsite support to all users.
You will use good problem-solving and people skills to ensure users receive swift resolutions to their IT queries or problems. You will demonstrate great customer service skills, bringing a calm, assured, and empathetic nature to your interactions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Using ITSM systems to log and track end users' incidents while working within SLAs.
2. Identifying recurring issues and challenges that end users are experiencing and raising these with the relevant teams for further investigation.
3. Building strong relationships within the team to ensure success.
4. Providing support for enterprise solutions such as Google Suite, iOS, Windows 11, ServiceNow, MobileIron & Nexthink (training will be provided).
5. Working with iOS devices (iPhone, iPad & Mac), Windows hardware, and meeting room technology.
6. Building and configuring computers for new starters and upgrading existing users' laptops.
You should have an eagerness to learn and a desire to acquire new technical skills, along with a curious mindset. This will help you build strong knowledge of the products and services provided and assist end users in making the best use of these.
Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service environment is desirable, providing both reactive and proactive maintenance support.
