Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and sending casenotes out for clinic appointments to Torbay and Community Hospitals.
2. Communicating with secretaries.
3. Looking for missing referral letters and tidying up the hospital records.
4. Working in the Health Records Library as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Strict time management and prioritisation of work.
3. Ability to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team.
4. Maintaining patient confidentiality is imperative.
5. Knowledge of IT is preferred; training and support will be provided.
We are a large, friendly team of approximately 70 full and part-time staff, all with varied responsibilities. Everyone in the team contributes to the success and growth of the department.
