An exciting opportunity has arisen, within ESNEFT Community Applications Team, for a permanent Community Application Analyst. You will directly report to the Community Application Manager, supporting North East Essex Community Services Division (NEECS). Develop and maintain the core community EPR clinical system (SystmOne), as a comprehensive, clinical tool, to meet the requirements of all end users, ensuring quality, data integrity and standardisation is maintained. You will play an active role in supporting the management of SystmOne user setup, module and unit configuration, clinical system Training / creating lesson plans and training materials, report writing, data extraction, data analysis, data quality and the management of problems. Working closely with Divisional Managers and users of the clinical EPR to ensure all training and development needs, in respect of the clinical system, are met.The post holder will work closely with the Community Application Manager, to ensure that the operation of the clinical system. The role will facilitate the collation of Operational clinical pathways, secondary data capture and interpretation of data, with responsibilities to include improving the quality of data and information held in the core EPR clinical system, providing information management advice, data quality feedback and support.,
* To ensure a very high level of availability of system(s) using third party liaison where required.
* To ensure that ever-changing organisational requirements and specifications are maintained in the system configurations.
* To ensure that developments released by the system supplier are considered and impact assessed against organisational requirements.
* To ensure that strategy regarding electronic clinical record keeping is in line with wider developments of the Health Service.
* To apply comprehensive understanding of how the system (s) is used in the healthcare environment across a diverse estate and in delivering related services in conjunction with other NHS integrated data sharing services.
* To work closely with the Operational Service Clinical Leads and the BI / Performance Team to ensure that usage of community system (s) complies with data quality and information governance obligations.
* To use expert knowledge to develop and enhance clinical tools in line with the model of care.
