About the role We’re looking for a Senior Claims Associate to play a crucial role in shaping the Claims function at Urban Jungle, and ensuring we deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers. As Senior Claims Associate, you’ll work across our business to scale our Claims function, managing the end-to-end claims lifecycle, and collaborating with our claims management partners to ensure an exceptional experience at every stage. You will be in a uniquely varied role within the business where you’ll work cross-functionally to transform how we manage claims and help build our in-house claims function. You will also be critical to the day-to-day claims operations, whether it’s handling claims, providing expertise on referrals or ,representing the voice of the customer across Urban Jungle. Here's what you'll get up to: Be the driving force behind our claims process, managing claims from FNOL to settlement and delivering timely, positive outcomes for customers. Play a key role in cross-functional projects, working alongside other teams within the business, like shaping the claims experience when we launch into exciting new markets. Work directly with our claims management partners, reviewing their claim referrals, and ensuring these partners deliver strong performance. Drive improvements in our SLAs through ownership of our internal and external claims processes. Streamline our in-house claims operations to deliver efficiencies for the business and improve customer experience. You've read this far Here's what we're looking for from you: Relevant experience within the Claims space - we don’t mind which sector this experience comes from. You love being a technical expert and enjoy helping customers through the claims process. You are excited by the opportunity to help scale our claims function and bring more processes in-house. You recognise the difference that this will make to the business and our customers. You’ve got strong written and verbal communication skills to support our customers through the claims process. You’re excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and motivated to learn. You’ve a collaborative mindset and love working as part of a team to achieve our goals and solve complex problems.
