Job Title: Procurement Account Supervisor
Contract: 3 months (potential for extension)
Location : London (Hammer smith)
Hybrid working: Tues & Wed on-site
Start Date : ASAP
Role Purpose:
Support local procurement by partnering with management to assess needs, implement sourcing strategies, optimizeoptimize suppliers, and manage relationships at the local and cluster levels.
Key Accountabilities Accountabilities:
Stakeholder Engagement : Build relationships with stakeholders, lead projects to improve spend efficiency, and drive process improvements.
Supplier Strategy : Conduct market and supplier research, offering insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Sourcing & Demand Management : Contribute to regional/global strategies, developing and implementing category action plans.
Negotiation : Lead supplier negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and ensure quality.
Contract Framework : Work with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance in contract templates and documentation.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRMSRM): Apply SRMSRM for supplier performance assessment on quality, service, and innovation.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to sourcing policies and encourage a Lean approach.
People Management: Oversee direct reports (if applicable), set objectives, and manage performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics; Procurement certification is an asset.
Experience : 5+ years in procurement (2+ years in category management); 2+ years of people management.
Technical Skills : AnalyticalAnalytical, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Workday, CoupaCoupa, and SAP (preferred).

Risk Management, KPIKPI UtilizationUtilization, Supplier Analysis, SRMSRM, Data Analysis, Contract Management, RFxRFx Process, P2PP2P, Supply Chain knowledge.
