The Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer / Polisher role:
As a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer / Polisher you will be responsible for the paint lifecycle of luxury vehicles working to bespoke and custom specifications - This position is ideal for those with a broad range of skills including paint preparation, spray painting, tinting and colouring, ensuring the application of base coasts, primers, lacquers, finishes and various paints are flawless!
Working hours: Late Shift: 2pm – 10pm (Monday – Friday) with overtime available

Who is the ideal Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer?
* Experienced in carrying out full re-sprays and necessary repairs using various spraying techniques
* Ability to apply a range of basecoats, primers, lacquers and finishes
* Skilled in working with Carbon Fibre material
* Experienced working with a variety of paints including but not limited to; Water and solvent based paints, Clear over base paints, Solid and two-pack paints, Metallic paints, 3 stage Pearlescent paints, Matte lacquer finishes
* A desire and knack for painting vehicles which are flawless with no drip marks, tear backs or defects
Who is the ideal Polisher?
Assess the paintwork's condition, identifying areas with oxidation, fading, or damage.
Inspect for visible scratches, swirl marks, or imperfections requiring special attention.
Sand, buff panels to remove old paint, imperfections, or contaminants.
Choose suitable polishing compounds and pads based on paint condition and desired correction level.
Evaluating minor dents, scratches, scuffs, chips, or bumper damage to determine the appropriate repair method.
Using specialised tools and techniques to remove small dents without the need for repainting, known as Paintless Dent Removal (PDR).
Polishing the repaired area to restore the car’s finish and ensure the repair is indistinguishable from the original paintwork.
