Job Description:
Our Team
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has two locations: the Audi Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) and the Sauber Group’s Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland). The planned takeover by AUDI AG will turn two teams into one factory team – and you can be part of it.
What should you bring to the team? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone who never gives up and sees limits as challenges, then bring “Vorsprung durch Technik” to Formula 1 with us. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history.
The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
At Audi Formula Racing GmbH IT, you will be responsible for the mission control room during the entire race period (Thursday to Sunday during F1 race events). You will ensure that the race engineers in Neuburg can work during free practice, qualifying, and the race. The mission control room will connect to the worldwide race tracks and the F1 Racing Team in Hinwil/Switzerland.
Your Mission:
* Independently monitor and support departments as the single point of contact for all questions regarding FIA financial regulations.
* Identify opportunities/risks and alternative courses of action/optimizations within the framework of the FIA Financial Regulations.
* Prepare FIA reporting with consideration of the FIA cost cap.
* Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports for the management of the organizational unit.
* Act as the central contact for local FIA representatives.
Your Profile:
* Business degree with a financial focus or a degree in industrial engineering.
* Professional experience in auditing and business/tax consulting with in-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS and the German Commercial Code, HGB).
* Experience in financial management of business units/organizations.
* Enjoy moderating and designing new processes and methods.
* Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflict, assertiveness, and analytical thinking.
* Able to present complex content in a simple way.
* Highly motivated to work independently.
* Very good SAP and MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* Business-fluent in German or English and willing to learn the basics of the other language required.
* Enjoy working in a team.
