A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re going to 10x our business in 2025, and are building a world class sales org to help us get there. Our SDRs are responsible to deliver a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for our Account Executives to close. We don’t ask hunters to close, or vice versa. This is a hunter role, and the suitable candidate is familiar with sales tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Leadscope, and SalesLoft to help get the job done.
As a BDR, you’ll be reporting to the Global Sales Director or team manager, while working closely with your peers, AEs, and cross functional stakeholders. Process, efficiency, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.
What you'll do:
* Proactively build pipeline for our sales reps to close.
* Consistently deliver on SQL targets by qualifying inbound leads and executing outbound sales activities, within your target geos and ideal customer profiles.
* Leverage our tech stack (ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce) to reach prospects.
* Deliver a minimum of 100 sequenced emails and 50 direct contacts per day.
* Schedule 10-20 demos per month.
* Help to recruit top talent through interviews, panels, and onboarding.
* Act as a brand evangelist, promoting Multiplier at relevant industry events on behalf of the greater business.
What you'll bring:
* Min 1 year as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS.
