Zeren are proudly partnering a VC backed e-Commerce scale up going through transformational growth. I am actively seeking a Head of Sales profile to manage the direct sales engine in EMEA.
Role Overview
* Reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
* Works closely with senior leaders to drive cross-functional collaboration.
* Manages and aligns teams to optimise the full revenue operations cycle—from lead generation to customer success.
* Hands-on leadership role, combining operational execution with team leadership.
The Opportunity
* Leads a sales team focused on driving New Business revenue growth.
* Manages a team of 5 Account Executives (AEs) and 3 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
* Oversees sales from all channels: inbound, outbound, partnerships, and sales-qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
* Proven sales leader in B2B SaaS with experience coaching AEs and SDRs to exceed targets.
* Drives revenue through high-velocity sales cycles (£10k ACV, £3k–£50k deal range).
* Strong in pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimisation.
* Expertise in outbound sales strategy and improving SDR/AE performance.
* Focus on structured deal progression, lead qualification, and closing within a 30-day cycle.
* Skilled in performance management, KPI tracking, and sales data analysis.
* Passionate about training, coaching frameworks, and team development.
* Proficient in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
* Collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
* Customer-centric approach aimed at maximising long-term business success.
