In a nutshell
You'll help provide IT support to our 800+ users, across our 9 offices, within a busy professional environment. This role is ideal for an IT graduate looking to start their career or an experienced individual looking to progress.
The IT department is tasked with supporting, maintaining and developing the firm’s IT provision across the whole of PKF Francis Clark LLP.
The role will see you based at our Exeter office 4 days per week, with an option to work from home 1 day per week.
What you'll be doing day to day
You'll never have the same day twice as this role has a variety of tasks, including:
1. Providing front-line IT desktop support remotely or in-person
2. Supporting and helping to deliver user training for new starters
3. Helping with user administration (e.g. setting up new users in Active Directory and Exchange)
4. Helping with the building and maintaining of end user hardware
5. Carrying out general departmental administration. This includes usage and manipulation of spreadsheets and asset databases etc. for the purposes of handling purchasing, licensing and resource allocation / management.
6. Supporting IT projects and roll-outs
About you
To be successful in this role, you will:

8. Have excellent communication skills including a good phone manner and a clear writing style
9. Be organised and accurate when dealing with data and software
In addition, you will have knowledge, experience and skills such as:
10. A broad-based knowledge and interest across all aspects of IT, including Windows 10 Operating System and Microsoft Office 365 products
11. Good troubleshooting skills
12. An awareness and appreciation of the importance of security and confidentiality within a professional services environment.
Experience, qualifications or a keen interest in any of the following would also be advantageous;

17. iOS / mobile phone support.
