Overview
Provide operations procurement support for Keysight’s Global Services Organization (KGSO) UK calibration and repair customer programs, as well as adhere to compliance program processes while maximizing internal Supply Chain efficiency. This role supports revenue generation for Keysight’s customer service business. You will have the opportunity to utilize your supplier management expertise to process purchase order administration in support of customer requirements.
This position reports into our UK repair and calibration business and supports Keysight through innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
* Communicate Outsource work priority for customers on a daily/weekly basis with attention to detail for the customer’s requirements and our contractual obligations.
* Provide Quotation of sub-contract prices to customers via Sales system.
* Manage daily prioritization of Customer’s orders and communicate status and manage escalations.
* Answer daily queries of customers, relaying information in documented form.
* Process Customer’s new requests and ensure work is managed with accuracy in a timely manner for Outsource by:
o Triggering release of Service Orders to our suppliers for Outsource work.
o Working with suppliers to confirm and expedite outsourced orders as required.
o Partnering with logistics to physically verify the units are progressing per the process.
o Monitoring Turn Around Time of jobs to ensure we meet customer contractual commitment.
* As required handle requests to verify status for receipt or other processing steps for outsourced work.
* Update internal systems for individual jobs as required.
* Follow quality procedures to log certificates onto the internal system for auditing purposes.
* Support the overall Outsource on-site duties on a day-to-day basis providing good teamwork and prompt support.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. Typically, 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level. Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
The successful candidate for this position will have some or all of the following skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to process daily activities, handle incoming requests, emails, and phone calls from suppliers.
* Strong organizational and data analysis skills, including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Experience understanding of supply chain and/or quality processes is a plus.
* Experience working with suppliers and interacting with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrate attention to detail, analytic and consistent execution of the process protocols as required.
* Track and report progress results to team members and peers as well as management when required.
* Experience and proficiency using ERP and CRM systems such as Oracle or Salesforce a plus.
