Employee Benefits Admin Team Lead - £42,500 + Bonus - Bristol / Hybrid
I'm currently partnered with a leading wealth management firm who are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and develop their corporate client administration team! The company has offices all over the country; however, for this position, the person will need to live local to Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate the administration team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain operational excellence.
* Drive process improvements and oversee accurate client and financial administration.
* Build trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Experienced in corporate benefits administration, particularly in group risk and healthcare insurance.
* Background in financial services, team management, and compliance.
* Progress toward a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification (preferred).
* Familiarity with CRM systems like Intelligent Office (desirable).
