What you'll be doing:
* Own the technical configuration and architecture of the system, ensuring seamless integration across all interfaces.
* Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with customers and third-party partners, guiding key decisions to shape service outcomes.
* Lead the team in triaging, investigating, and resolving incidents, changes, and system stories, optimising resource use for timely, effective resolution.
* Monitor and maintain system health to ensure consistent, high-level service delivery.
* Take charge of troubleshooting and resolving deployment issues, including hardware, software, and networking challenges.
* Work within Agile and ITIL frameworks, driving continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving.
* Ensure robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans are in place and operational.
What youll bring:
* Expertise in assessing the impact of new features and operational improvements, ensuring system stability and relevance while effectively influencing key customers
* Strong knowledge of the DevOps lifecycle, including CI/CD, automation, containerization, and both on-premise and cloud platforms
* Solid foundation in computer networking, including routing, firewalls, and proxies
* Proficiency in anti-malware agents and IDPS (Intrusion Detection and Prevention System) concepts
* Working knowledge of Linux systems, with a preference for Red Hat
* Proven experience in mentoring, supporting, and developing team members, fostering growth and collaboration
* Ability to identify and drive process and governance improvements for greater efficiency and compliance
* Hands-on experience in delivery roles, with a willingness to actively contribute
