Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in key accounts
* Delivering exceptional customer service and adapt to the needs of individual customers
* Provide appropriate patient educational support material and product information via hard copy or digital channels
* Understand the NHS environment, keeping up to date with any changes
* Prioritize time to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate health care professionals to meet/exceed KPI's
* Anticipate potential barriers and look for solutions
* Updating of company CRM system with accurate call details
* Successful completion of all product & compliance training including any updates
* Strong collaborative working with Regional Sales Representatives on territory
* Plan and implement effective territory calling plans
* Proactive and innovative, sharing best practise and responsible for own learning in role
