The Role
You will collaborate closely with your CRM Manager, forging deep and lasting connections with your customers to drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term retention. Through innovative and highly effective CRM strategies, powered by data-driven insights, you will create personalized and impactful customer experiences. Your commercial acumen, combined with your CRM expertise, will be crucial in maximizing customer lifetime value and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Additionally, you will work hand-in-hand with the Digital Trading Manager, playing a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing the overall CRM structure, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s ambitious growth and customer engagement goals.
