The Role
An opportunity has arisen to join the Safeguarding, Quality and Practice Team within Adult Social Care as a Business Support Clerk.
About You
We are seeking a Business Support Clerk with the passion to be at the forefront of enhancing workforce development opportunities within adult social care.
As the Business Support Clerk, your role will be to assist the staff team and managers in all aspects of the ongoing provision of our workforce training and development, as well as the service Quality Assurance. Your role will involve:
* Provision of an appropriate and courteous response to all forms of enquiries, taking messages and making telephone calls, as appropriate.
* To assist with bookings related to workforce development training opportunities provided both internally and by external providers
* To input, extract and maintain information.
* Ensure accurate and complete performance monitoring data for the service area.
* To provide a photocopying, filing, and word processing service to the team.
* Developing and maintaining effective admin systems in line with the Service requirements and ensuring that all computerised and manual systems are updated and maintained to the appropriate standard.
* You will complete an induction and be offered the relevant training and support to develop techniques and skills in relation to your role.
You will be required to work a 30-hour working week, Monday to Friday
