Small care business requires a secretary who can work closely with the managing director to provide administrative support. The ideal candidate is patient, very organised and happy to take on new tasks.
Tasks would include but is not limited to ..
- Assisting with rent collection and incoming from tenants.
- Procurement and management of contracts (lifts, energy, water, waste)
- Organizing the repair and maintenance of a block of flats
- Managing and ensuring staff/ personnel files are up to date.
- The ideal candidate should be confident to liaise in person and on the phone not just on email.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
