As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
* Be responsible for delivering quality nursing care in line with hospital standards, current government and N.I.C.E guidelines for patients requiring cytotoxic chemotherapy, through assessment of patient’s needs, implementation of care and evaluation of progress and clinical outcome.
* Ensure appropriate patient and family information, advice and support is available to individuals requiring cytotoxic chemotherapy.
* Have the time to put patients first - our reputation depends upon it.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will have:
* Ideally completed the UKONS passport or hold a qualification in the safe administration of chemotherapy (however we are also keen to develop our own and would be more than willing to support a trainee in the safe administration of chemotherapy).
* Be able to demonstrate cannulation / venepuncture skills and be able to access CVADs.
