Care & Support Manager - Galashiels & Peebles
Salary: £33,463.46 pro rata
Hours: 37 per week
Due to an internal transfer we have an exciting opportunity to join our teams at Ark Galashiels and Peebles as a Care & Support Manager.
You will be managing a team of around 35 Established & Relief Support Workers to deliver approximately 680 hours of support across the 2 areas.
A crucial part of this role will be working collaboratively with other agencies advocating for our Supported People to ensure they are working towards outcomes that will support them to live a good life.
As part of your induction to Ark you will receive a comprehensive handover period with the current Galashiels and Peebles Care & Support Manager.
