Steer Automotive Group, one of the UK’s largest and fastest-growing body shop repair networks, is looking for a dedicated Valetor to join our team in Glasgow. Your Role
As a Valetor, you will ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared to the highest standard before being handed back to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Vehicle Cleaning – Wash, polish, and vacuum vehicles inside and out.
* Detailing – Ensure every vehicle is spotless and ready for collection or delivery.
* Basic Maintenance – Check fluid levels, tyre pressures, and carry out minor upkeep tasks.
* Stock Management – Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
* Teamwork – Work efficiently with colleagues to meet deadlines.
* Health & Safety – Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous valeting or vehicle preparation experience (preferred but not essential).
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality work.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently.
* A team-oriented approach with a willingness to support colleagues.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
* A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
