Rate of Pay: £15.13 per hour
Shift: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4.45pm (36 hours per week)

About the Team:
As a key member of the International Training and Development Team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to both new hires and existing Advisors as needed.
Your role will involve creating, updating, and delivering Next Online training sessions and flowcharts for the International Department. You will also research, design, and deliver tailored training programs that align with business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an International Trainer, you will deliver engaging training content through face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid formats, utilising a variety of methods to create an exceptional learning experience.
You will evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, making necessary adjustments to keep them aligned with changes in the work environment.
Additionally, you will support individuals facing challenges and help identify areas of strong and poor performance.
This role may require travel between Next sites and the flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. This may involve overnight stays to promote face-to-face interactions with teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience delivering content to diverse audiences, with a strong background in front-line training.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite, paired with strong planning and organisational skills.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach to all interactions.
