Role We are currently looking for a Credit Manager to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. Our Credit Manager is entrusted to supervise and to perform the collection and management of accounts receivable and other claims. Key expectations of this role are Ensure all city ledger accounts have completed credit applications and up to date credit check reports. Ensure that deposits are traced and collected in line with contracts and Rosewood policy. Clerk and verify all receivables collection status. Immediately report any information or problems regarding collection to the Assistant Director of Finance. Attend to any enquiries made by guests in which an invoice has been issued. Assist in the preparing of monthly financial reports and month-end accruals for Credit Card Commissions and Travel Agent Commissions which have not been posted in the month. Responsible for overseeing all bank receipts and third-party credit card payments (including gift cards), ensuring all receipts are correctly recorded and communicated. Profile Being highly organised and proactive in managing your tasks. Having a good understanding of financial software and hotel management systems (Opera, Sun).
