Position: Business Development Manager
Employer: Monta
Location: Hybrid - Coventry
Salary: £32,550 - £45,000 + Bonus
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday. Day time hours.
Contract Type: Permanent Full Time Position

What are you going to do?
Monta brings you an exciting day, five days a week! This is how you will be spending them:
1. You are busy surveying the market, around every corner there's a potential new client!
2. You build relationships with (potential) customers.
3. You will present and demonstrate Monta's services, advising the (potential) customer on the best solution for their business.
4. You will create and negotiate commercial offers for (potential) customers
5. You respond to commercial leads and close deals
Who are you?
6. You are a driven sales talent who can generate new business with your commercial attitude and persuasiveness.
7. You have strong communication skills, which enable you to build relationships with people at different organizational levels.
8. You are a decisive person with passion and dedication in sales.
9. You are lastly a true entrepreneur; your personal growth and the growth of Monta UK will jointly develop.
Role Requirements:
10. You have experience in the e-commerce / fulfilment market
11. You know how to win new clients and have a strong focus om generating new business
12. You have a go-getter attitude: You are pragmatic and proactive
13. You have a sense of humour and teamwork is as important for you as it is for us.
14. Must have relevant Sales / new business development experience
